What we collect and why.

When you book a stay or submit an inquiry through ihostla.com, we collect the information needed to complete that booking: your name, email address, dates, and guest count. If you complete the Check-In Verify process, that also involves a government-issued ID, which is screened by our verification system and not stored on our servers beyond the verification window.

Booking data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (our primary database) and Sanity (our content system). Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal depending on your chosen method. We do not store raw payment card data. We use functional cookies to keep your market preference (La Quinta or Puerto Rico) across visits. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to complete your booking (payment processors, the verification service). To request deletion of your data, email hostla@icloud.com.
