The short version.

Cancellations. Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund minus the payment processing fee. Within 30 days, 50% of the total is forfeited. Within 7 days, the reservation is non-refundable. If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.

House rules. All guests complete Check-In Verify before a reservation is confirmed. No smoking inside the property. No unauthorized parties or events. Maximum occupancy listed on each property page may not be exceeded. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Damage beyond normal wear is billed to the card on file.

Disputes. If something goes wrong during your stay, contact us immediately at hostla@icloud.com. We resolve issues directly. California law governs La Quinta property disputes; Puerto Rico law governs Isla Verde property disputes.
