The Ocean Suite

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area that opens toward the water. The layout sleeps seven: a king in the primary, a queen in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room for the overflow. Everyone gets a real sleeping surface.

The kitchen is fully equipped and sized for real cooking. Most guests alternate between eating in and eating out. The local restaurant scene within a 10-minute drive is deep enough that a week-long stay does not repeat a spot unless you want it to.

Isla Verde beach is a two-minute walk from the building. The sand here is wide and the water is calm enough for casual swimmers. Morning walks before the crowds arrive are the most common thing guests mention in their reviews.

Old San Juan is 15 minutes by Uber. SJU airport is 10 minutes by car. The location splits the difference between the tourist corridor and the residential side of Carolina, which means the immediate surroundings are quieter than the hotel strip but you are never far from anything.
